  • UPI Payments: Payments via UPI platforms such as Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select orders and locations, subject to order size limits

2. Payment Process

All payments are processed through secure and PCI-compliant gateways, ensuring that your data is safe during transactions. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a payment confirmation by email and/or SMS. Please save these for future reference.

3. Charges and Fees

  • Service Charges: Delibunny does not apply additional service charges. Any delivery fee, if applicable, is disclosed at checkout.
  • Taxes: Applicable GST or other taxes are included in the total order amount displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: For COD orders, a nominal fee may be charged based on order value and location. This fee, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

4. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your financial information. Our payment processing partners employ encryption and industry-standard security practices to ensure safe transactions. Delibunny does not store any payment details (such as credit card numbers) on our servers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If you need to cancel, please contact customer support immediately. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and will follow our Return Policy.
  • Refunds: If eligible for a refund due to order cancellation, product unavailability, or return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
