1. No-Return Policy for Correct Deliveries

For hygiene and quality control, Delibunny does not accept returns for correctly delivered items. If the delivered item matches the order details and is in good condition, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only considered under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Products: Items that are damaged or spoiled upon delivery may be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Proof of Issue: To process a return for damaged or spoiled items, you must contact customer service within 2 hours of delivery and provide photos as proof of the condition.

3. Process for Damaged or Spoiled Items

  • Initiating a Return or Exchange: To report a damaged or spoiled item, please contact our support team at support@delibunny.com within 2 hours of receiving the product. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos as proof.
  • Verification: Upon receipt of your complaint and proof, our team will verify the issue. If approved, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
  • Damaged or Spoiled Items: Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or as store credit, based on customer preference.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Damaged or Spoiled Items: If an item is eligible for an exchange due to damage or spoilage, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Items that are correctly delivered and not damaged or spoiled are non-exchangeable.
