At Delibunny, we strive to deliver your groceries and essential items quickly and conveniently. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding delivery times, charges, locations, and procedures.

1. Delivery Areas

Currently, Delibunny delivers only within Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. We are working to expand our delivery zones and will update this policy when new areas are covered.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Time Slot Deliveries: Delibunny offers flexible delivery time slots. At checkout, you may select a preferred time slot for delivery either on the same day or the next day, based on product availability.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed within available same-day slots will be delivered according to the selected time.
  • Next-Day Delivery: If preferred, you may select a time slot for delivery on the following day.

We strive to deliver within your chosen time slot, though delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A nominal delivery fee will be applied at checkout based on the delivery distance and order size. The fee is displayed before order confirmation.
  • Free Delivery: Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount, as per current promotions or minimum order requirements listed on the Platform.

4. Minimum Order Requirement

A minimum order value may apply to qualify for delivery. Any order below the minimum value may incur an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Process

  • Contactless Delivery: Our delivery personnel are trained in contactless delivery practices. Please specify if you prefer contactless delivery in the “Instructions” section at checkout.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Delibunny is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delivery Attempts: In case the recipient is unavailable at the provided address, our team will attempt to contact you for alternate instructions. If unable to deliver after two attempts, the order will be canceled, and applicable fees may apply.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, certain conditions such as bad weather, traffic disruptions, or high demand may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays and work to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

7. Order Tracking

Customers can track their order status via their account on Delibunny.com or through notifications provided by our delivery team. For updates, you may also contact our customer service team.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: If you receive any item in damaged condition, please contact customer support within 2 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Items: In case of any missing items, report the issue to our support team within 2 hours of delivery. We will arrange a redelivery of the missing items or issue a refund as per our policy.

9. Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to Orders: Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. Contact customer service promptly if you need to make adjustments, and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process as outlined in our Return Policy.
